In 2009, we discovered what actually was the "main" Montmartre walk around area. The area is not on the lower part of the hill, but on the top right beside the Sacrwe Coeur. Many people discovered that before, and in fact it was very crowded. Anyway, lots of shops, restaurants, and street artists.
